Spring Business Meeting & Elections ~ March 21st, 2015

Come enjoy lunch with sisters at our spring meeting while we plan future events and partake in this years elections! 


When: Saturday March 21, 2005 

Where: Tavern in the Square Restaurant

            1 New England Executive Park

            Burlington, MA 01803

Time: 11 am


Time for a little spring cleaning?  We will also be collecting unopened toiletries and gently used clothing for donation to our local philanthropy, Mary’s House – a family shelter in Waltham.


Available Positions:


President
: duties include communications with National and other chapters, prospective new members, and current members by email and phone, attending all events and hosting or assisting host meetings. 

Treasurer: keep track of the dues paid by all members and keep track of the current balance in the checking account

Secretary: maintain the evite, including adding new members as they come in to the contact list and taking notes at meetings

Editor: maintain the website, facebook page updates and quarterly newsletter. Also keep the Secretary and President updated with new members who sign up on the website.

Philanthropy: plan and execute events to raise money for Prevent Child Abuse America and local charities. 

None of these offices are in a vacuum, we all help out with all positions.  Other members are "Members at Large" and can help plan events and with all the other stuff.  The term of office runs from April-April so these officers would take office April 1st.  We will have an open floor for elections so anyone can run from the floor.
